9. To construct Mandapam, a tavern (choultry) for the benefit and usage of the Sourastra People and to take charge and execute and do the Public free aided assistance and schemes to the down traden people and help them for their welfare.

10.To raise funds for the Sabha may be raised by receiving through Subscription from the members of the Sabha and also receive Donations towards the maintenance and fulfilment to run the Sabha.

11. To utilize and spend all the Income only for the welfare of Sabha.

12. To represents before the Central and State Government to get All the rights, welfare Assistance,  benefits, etc.,in a complete manner for the Sourastra People.

13. To get all the rights and benefits for the Linguistic minority people of  Sourastra from the Concern Government.
